The content on this website — including service descriptions, project photos, pricing ranges, and FAQs — is for general information. Nothing on this website forms a contract for construction services.
Pricing ranges shown on service pages are typical ranges for East Village-area projects, not quotes. Your actual project price depends on your scope, materials, and conditions, and will be set out in a separate written agreement after the in-home consultation.
Submitting the contact form
When you submit the contact form or call us, you are asking us to contact you about a potential project. You are not hiring us. We are not your contractor until you sign a written agreement with us.
Submitting the form does not create any obligation on either side. You can decline our quote. We can decline a project that is outside our scope or schedule.
Estimates and quotes
Estimates given verbally during the in-home consultation are preliminary. The binding number is the written, fixed-price quote we send within 48 hours of the consultation.
Our 48-hour written-quote guarantee applies only to projects that are within our normal service area, scope, and complexity. We reserve the right to extend the timeline for unusually large or complex projects, in which case we will tell you up front and agree on a revised deadline.
The $250-off remedy for missing the 48-hour deadline applies only when (a) we accepted the project for written quote, (b) the consultation was completed, and (c) we did not deliver the written quote within 48 business hours, and is applied as a credit against the final project price if you proceed with us.
Photos and project examples
Project photos shown on this website are real projects we completed in Manhattan. They show what we build; they do not guarantee the same result on a different project. Every home is different. The price, materials, layout, and timeline of any specific project are set in your written agreement.
Reviews and testimonials
Reviews shown on this site are real reviews from real customers, mostly sourced from our public Google Business Profile. We do not edit the substance of customer reviews. Reviews reflect the experience of the individual reviewer and are not a guarantee of your results.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute about this website or these terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Manhattan, New York, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
